Acceptable Use Policy

1. Who may use Elysian

Elysian is for adults aged 21 or older only. Every member must pass a government-ID and live-selfie check before they can see or contact other members.

Accounts found to belong to anyone under 21, or that use someone else's identity, are removed immediately.

2. Illegal acts

You may not use Elysian to plan, promote, offer or take part in any activity that is illegal where you or the other person live, including drug sales, weapons sales, money laundering or stalking.

3. Prohibited content and behaviour

Sexually explicit content: no nudity, pornographic or sexually explicit photos, videos or text in profiles, photos, messages or video calls.

Child sexual exploitation or abuse: any content or conduct that sexualises, exploits or endangers a minor is strictly prohibited. We remove it, preserve evidence and report it to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and law enforcement.

Sexual violence: no content that depicts, threatens, encourages or glorifies sexual violence or assault.

Non-consensual content: no intimate or private images shared without the consent of everyone shown, no hidden-camera content, and no recording of video calls without consent.

Human or sex trafficking: no content or conduct that facilitates trafficking, forced labour or commercial sexual exploitation of any person.

Escorting and paid sexual services: no offering, requesting or advertising of escort services, prostitution or pay-for-play arrangements, including through gifts.

Fraud and scams: no romance scams, fake profiles, impersonation, requests for money, investment or crypto schemes, phishing, or attempts to move members to outside payment channels.

Harassment and hate: no threats, bullying, stalking, doxxing, or abuse based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability or nationality.

Spam and commercial use: no advertising, solicitation or automated accounts.

4. How we enforce this policy

Every profile and photo can be reported, and every member can be blocked, from anywhere on the site. Our team reviews reports, prioritising safety-related reports first.

Breaking this policy can lead to content removal, suspension or permanent account removal without a refund. Serious or illegal conduct is reported to law enforcement.
