1. Who may use Elysian

Elysian is restricted to adults aged 21 and over. All members must complete government ID verification and a live selfie check before their profile becomes visible. Providing false identity information is grounds for immediate and permanent removal.

Accounts are personal. You may not share, sell or transfer your account, and you may hold only one account at a time.

2. Nature of the service

Elysian is a platform for networking and consensual adult dating. Any financial arrangement is at users' discretion. Elysian is not a party to, does not broker, does not guarantee and takes no commission on private arrangements between members.

Elysian does not conduct criminal background checks and makes no warranty about any member's character, intentions or circumstances.

3. Prohibited conduct

The following result in removal without refund: offering or soliciting escort services, prostitution, or any pay-for-play arrangement; advertising rates or per-meeting fees; sexual content involving minors or non-consenting adults; harassment, threats, hate speech or stalking; solicitation, spam, financial scams or requests for banking credentials; impersonation or use of another person's photographs.

Language in profiles and messages is screened automatically. Content that reads as a transactional solicitation is blocked and may be reviewed by our moderation team.

Elysian strictly prohibits human trafficking and any form of sexual exploitation, including the recruitment, transport, transfer, harboring or receipt of a person for the purpose of exploitation, whether or not force, fraud or coercion is involved. Members may not use the service to coerce, control, exploit or profit from another person's sexual activity.

Elysian also prohibits aiding, abetting or encouraging abuse of any kind, including domestic violence, sexual assault, stalking, harassment, and the abuse or exploitation of minors. Any member who assists, facilitates, conceals or encourages such conduct is removed permanently and reported to the appropriate authorities where we are able.

Anyone who believes a person is being trafficked or exploited should report it immediately through the in-app report control and to the National Human Trafficking Hotline in the United States (1-888-373-7888) or the equivalent authority in their country. We cooperate with law-enforcement requests and provide notice as required by our law-enforcement protocols.

4. Verification and moderation

ID, selfie and optional income verification are handled by a third-party identity provider. Verification media is retained only as long as required to complete the check and to comply with law.

We may suspend or ban an account, remove content, or refuse verification at our discretion where we believe these Terms or the safety of members is at risk.

Accounts that have not completed ID and selfie verification within 30 days of our verification reminder are considered abandoned and are permanently deleted; accounts that never started the check are deleted after 14 days. We send a final warning about 3 days before deletion, and accounts with a check still under review are not deleted until the result arrives.

5. Memberships, credits and gifts

Premium is $59.99 per month and Gold Elite is $99 per month, billed in advance and renewing automatically until cancelled. Cancelling stops future billing; access continues to the end of the paid period.

Credits power Super Likes and profile boosts. Virtual gifts are purchased individually at prices from $5 to $250. Credits and gifts are digital items with no cash value, are non-refundable and non-transferable, and expire when an account is closed.

Where a payment fails we may retry it and will notify you to update your card before access changes.

6. Safety

Report and block controls are available on every profile and in every conversation. Never send money to someone you have not met, never share financial credentials, and meet first in public places.

7. Termination and liability

You may close your account at any time. We may terminate access for breach of these Terms. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Elysian is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from member conduct, meetings or private arrangements.
