Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Memberships

Premium ($59.99 a month) and Gold Elite ($99 a month) renew automatically each month until cancelled.

You can cancel at any time from Membership → Manage billing. Cancellation stops the next renewal; you keep your benefits until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Monthly fees already charged are not refunded for partial months, except where the law requires otherwise or as described in section 3.

2. Credits, Super Likes, boosts and gifts

Credits, Super Likes, profile boosts and gifts are digital items delivered immediately. Once delivered or used they are non-refundable and non-transferable and have no cash value.

3. When we will refund

Duplicate charges, charges made in error, or a purchase that was not delivered because of a technical fault on our side.

A renewal charged after you cancelled, or a charge you did not authorise.

Any refund required by consumer law in your country, including statutory cooling-off rights where they apply.

4. How to request a refund

Email support@elysian.app within 30 days of the charge with your account email, the date and the amount. We reply within 5 business days.

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method and usually appear within 5–10 business days.

5. Account removal

Accounts removed for breaking our Terms — including escort solicitation, pay-for-play arrangements, scams or harassment — are not refunded.
