Law Enforcement Guidelines

Last updated October 15, 2026

Elysian Meets LLC cooperates with law enforcement to keep members safe. These guidelines explain how agencies can request information and how we handle emergencies.

1. Contact for law enforcement

Law enforcement and government agencies may submit requests to legal@elysian.app. Please send requests from an official agency email address and include the agency name, officer name, badge or ID number, and a contact phone number.

This channel is for official requests only. Members should use the in-app Report button or support@elysian.app.

2. What a request must include

The member's profile link, account email or other identifier; the specific data requested; the time period; and the legal basis for the request.

Non-public member data is disclosed only in response to valid legal process — such as a subpoena, court order or search warrant — appropriate to the data requested and the jurisdiction.

3. Emergency requests

Where there is a good-faith belief that a risk of death or serious physical injury exists — including child exploitation or human trafficking — we may disclose information without legal process. Mark the email subject "EMERGENCY" and describe the nature of the emergency.

Emergency requests are reviewed on a priority basis.

4. Data preservation

On receipt of an official preservation request we will preserve the relevant account records for 90 days, pending formal legal process. Preservation may be extended once on request.

5. Proactive reporting

Elysian prohibits escort services, prostitution, human trafficking, sexual exploitation and any content involving minors. Accounts linked to such activity are banned, and where required or appropriate we report them to the relevant authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) for any suspected child exploitation.

Anyone with information about trafficking can contact the U.S. National Human Trafficking Hotline at 1-888-373-7888 or local police.

6. Member notice

We may notify members of requests for their data unless prohibited by law or court order, or where notice would create a risk of harm or be counterproductive to an emergency.
